Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we offer a variety of classes to suit your needs and preferences. Our classes incorporate a blend of yoga styles, meditation, breathwork, and philosophy, providing a holistic approach to wellness.

If you plan to attend multiple classes, our 10 class pass offers flexibility and savings

  • Note: Class passes are not transferable to another person, extendable past the validity date, or refundable. Couples can share the same class pass.

Private Sessions

CHF 120.00 Per hour

For a more personalized experience, we also offer private sessions with Susi Davies. Private sessions are ideal for beginners who want to learn the basics or advanced practitioners who seek individualized attention

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer private sessions, workshops, and retreats. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one guidance or a transformative retreat experience, we have you covered. Our studio can also be rented for workshops and events.

Level 1: Foundations of Yoga

In this class, we introduce the basics and fundamentals of yoga poses. You'll learn the importance of proper alignment, simple breathing techniques, and the use of props if necessary. Designed for beginners, this class provides slow-paced direction and attention to breathing patterns. No headstands are taught in this class.

Level 2: Intermediate Yoga

Ready to deepen your practice? Level 2 introduces new asanas/postures at an intermediate level. Poses are held longer to deepen the experience, and you'll explore pranayama, meditation, and mantra. Headstand and handstand with support are introduced, along with vinyasa-based flow classes to build strength, endurance, and stamina.

Level 3: Advanced Yoga

For the dedicated practitioner seeking a challenge, Level 3 offers freestanding headstands, deeper backbends, and advanced yoga anatomy. Please only attend this class if you have spoken to Susi Davies.

Hatha Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us for a nurturing yoga practice combined with balancing breath exercises. Experience deep relaxation with yoga nidra deer rest meditation infused with the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls. Dissolve stress, anxiety, and tension and rediscover inner peace. Open to all participants with no experience or physical strength needed.

Therapy Sessions

Address past or present injuries, depression, anxiety, nervous system disorders, or other health concerns. Please speak to Susi for an appointment.

Private Classes

For New Students: Gently introduced to the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques, tailored to your specific needs. Receive hands-on adjustments for a safe and beneficial practice.

For Advanced Students: Explore specific areas of interest, master advanced postures, or overcome fears holding back your practice.
For Injuries & Health Issues: Benefit from injury rehabilitation, address specific health problems, and develop a personalized practice.
Pregnancy Yoga: A gentle way to welcome your baby.
